Trauma and PTSD
Thank you for taking the first step to take care of yourself. Everyone can feel stressed, sad, anxious, and overwhelmed but if we don’t set aside time to deal with our emotions they tend to present in different ways, such as illness and/or addiction. Talking to friends and family can help initially, but we often feel like we are a burden or that they just don’t understand. I am here to work with you and provide guidance so you you can better understand the underlying issues that negatively affect your life.
