How do I request an appointment?
Go to Find A Provider, select a provider, and provide your name, phone number, and email. They’ll get back to you with a free consultation.
Do Neb providers take insurance?
We only take debit or credit directly through the app but we can help provide information to submit claims to your insurance providers.
Can I cancel my appointment?
You have until 24 hours prior to the appointment time to cancel your appointment for a full refund. Within 24 hours of the appointment, you will be charged the full appointment amount.
Is Neb in my area?
Neb is currently focused on providing for the San Jose and larger South Bay Area. If you are outside this area, please let us know! You can add your email to our updates newsletter and we’ll let you know when we’re in your area.
How long are Neb sessions?
Neb sessions are 50 minutes.
How much does each session cost?
Each provider charges their own rate, typically between $120-$180/session. Providers will discuss this with you over the phone. Providers also often offer sliding-scale - lower rates if you can’t afford the full rate.
What about privacy and security?
We care deeply about privacy and security at Neb and ensure that our service is continually HIPAA compliant. Your data and health information is between you and your provider. For this same reason, we will not introduce social network based log-ins such as Facebook due to the company’s history of data misuse and sharing policies. Neb will never share your data or information with a third-party for the purposes of marketing, sales, or advertising.
